Finally finished painting.
I just got super sleepy so I may end up napping in a little. But in the mean time, I’m about to start working on a painting. 
skylerflores: Finally finished what I’ve been working on most of the week. Everything is made out of pieces of crumpled up paper and I also used watercolor paint, oil pastels, crayons, sharpie, and hot glue. - Brand New “Deja Entendu”
What I ended up making yesterday afternoon. It is made out of melted crayons and oil pastels on cardboard. 
“The birds have all flown underground, the trees bend down to touch the sky.”
Going through old artwork and I just re-found this. I don’t think I ever posted it. 
So! I really only have 3 more to complete (Orange, Violet, White) but I need to fix up Black a little bit. These are turning out way better than I originally thought they would. I’m excited to finish them up, soon hopefully. Anyway, if you have comments/thoughts on them.. I would love to hear!

I’ve decided that I’m going to write more on here now and then and try to make this more personal, I guess. 

Update: As of 12.9.11 I’ve been on winter break. I couldn’t be happier, I seriously needed a break from classes. I’ve spent the majority of my time making new art pieces and trying to think of new things to make. I finished the Brand New “Deja Entendu” cover and I’ve currently put my new project on hold (mostly because I’m painting something for my Mom as part of her Christmas present) but my new project is going to be The Dear Hunter’s complete Color Spectrum (all 9 EP covers in a 3x3 grid.) I think it will turn out really awesome although I’m not entirely sure what mediums I’ll be working in.
